Charles Manson, an infamous cult leader of the ‘Manson Family’ who had perpetrated several high profile gruesome murders in the 60’s was hospitalized recently for a medical condition that the authorities had not disclosed.
Manson has just been returned back to prison after it was revealed that he had been suffering a severe case of gastrointestinal bleedings and Manson had stated that he will not go forth with a surgery.
Spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Terry Thornton, had refused to reveal any details about Manson’s condition as she says it would be violating the federal privacy laws currently set in place, and then confirmed that Manson last Saturday had officially been back in prison, as she refused to even mention that he was ever hospitalized in the first place.
Back At Home
“Inmate Manson is at California State Prison Corcoran,” Thornton reported to the News, refusing as well to mention any further or additional details regarding Manson’s current condition.
The doctors at the hospital had highly advised to Manson that a surgery must be set in place for him, but the inmate declined any recommendation of surgery.
Too Late for Manson
Manson later on decided to go forth with the surgery but the doctors had stated that his body is too weak at this point in order to proceed with a surgery, and at that point it may even do more harm than good.
Manson is currently sentenced to nine consecutive life sentences in prison and has attempted to apply for parole 12 times, in which all of them have been rejected so far, and the last attempt had been back in 2012.
Manson’s next attempt for parole will be in 2027, but at this point regarding his physical condition it may be said that he might not even make it that far, but time will tell.
