Amazon’s deals crush the competition

Amazon has always been a great place for gamers to shop. Their prices blow away the competition. The winter months are slow for new games, which leads to fantastic deals on older releases for console and PC games. GoozerNation has a list of games currently on sale that are worth picking up through Amazon.

February and January are some of the worst months for new games. Devil May Cry and Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch have already come out. Dead Space 3 is hot off the presses. Colonial Marines and Crysis 3 are coming out soon. It appears DMC and Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch can be found for a little bit of a discount on Amazon. Hands down, according to reviews, both games are must haves. They are also great flips to Goozex, at 1000 pts+ for each.

Here are some recent deals I stumbled upon for PC gamers. The Command and Conquer The Ultimate Collection pack is on sale. This collection includes 17 great games for $17.99. The list includes such great games as Red Alert and its expansions, Generals and the expansions, Tiberian Sun, C&C3, and 4. Even if you played a few of the games, it is still hundreds of hours of gameplay. Why not pick up the pack, get a few for you, maybe a few of the games for a friend, and send the rest to the hungry Goozex machine? Most of these games have active requests and would trade out quickly.

Dungeon Siege Bundle is also on sale at Amazon. This includes Dungeon Siege 1-3 and the expansion for 2. I have only played the first game. I liked it and I spent about 30 hours playing the game. I think I would probably enjoy the other games in the series, and at this price I am willing to give them a shot. The games have a lot of content to offer and at $12, this is a difficult price for PC gamers to pass on. Both Command and Conquer and Dungeon Siege are games that can help fill the vast emptiness some gamers are feeling before the spring releases.

This wouldn’t be an Amazon deals article without the mention of my favorite part of Amazon to shop in, the Amazon Warehouse. The inventory is ever changing and the deals come and go. It appears there are several first party PlayStation 3 Controllers on sale. I am partial to the white ones, which are $37 right now. Deus Ex Human Revolution is on sale. Most PC gamers have picked up this game for under $10. Amazon has the augmented edition for under $20 for PS3. This edition comes with a 40-page art book, a graphic novel, and an exclusive DVD. Hitman: Absolution is also on sale in the Warehouse. The price is almost at the $30 must-buy-it price point.

Amazon continues to give gamers some of the best deals they can find. Amazon is also a sweet spot for finding games to trade on Goozex and I highly recommend checking out Goozex, here's an easy to follow link.
