Will Killzone 3 be the boost Sony needs?

Well if the beta of Killzone 3 is any indication, this is the game that will draw people away from Call of Duty. The game looks and plays great. Sure some of the concepts in the game feel generic to the FPS world but the presentation of the game is incredible.
Killzone 3 is to Sony what Halo is to Microsoft. No it’s not the Halo Killer that's Call of Duty: Black Ops. Killzone3 will be a system seller; people have been waiting far too long. I’m expecting great game play within the final product.
The multiplayer is great. The matches are fast paced and fair even in the beta. There isn’t too much that seems overpowered and the classes mesh well. For somewhat of a rookie Killzone player I was able to jump in and play within a few minutes. I felt right at home with the tight controls and teamwork as well as the varied game modes. These are concepts something EA did not do well with the Dead Space 2 Beta and the Medal of Honor Beta. Both of those betas were stale in comparison to Killzone 3. There seems to be enough variety in the Killzone 3 beta for people to really get a feel for the game.
Will Killzone 3 draw people away from Black Ops? I think the game will, with the added move support, Killzone 3 is going to take gaming to a whole new experience on the Playstation 3. I’m sure the single player story will be average, but who can’t say no to jetpacks and mechs? As long as Sony keeps supporting Killzone 3, and makes DLC reasonably priced, this game’s longevity may be record breaking.
So Sony, here’s a money making idea, how about a console bundle with Killzone 2 and 3? If Killzone 3 is going to succeed in the long run keeping the DLC cheap is a guaranteed success story. If you haven’t tried the beta yet get to it, even if you know nothing about the series. I guarantee you’ll have some fun.

I'm not really a KZ fan, but that would be awesome.
